Apartment Facilities

Our Palm Cove apartments are designed for comfort, space and convenience, offering everything needed for a relaxed Tropical North Queensland stay. Each apartment features a private balcony, air conditioning and ceiling fans, free WiFi, parking, and TV with Foxtel and a DVD player. 

Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and full laundry, making the apartments well suited to longer stays or self-contained holidays. Bedding is configured with king beds, which can also be split into singles if required.

Guest Access

Guests check in at Reef Retreat Reception (10–14 Harpa Street) during business hours. If arriving after reception has closed, a late check-in procedure is available, with in-person check-in completed the following morning. Check-in: from 2.00pm
Check-out: by 10.00am

House Rules

Late check-out may be available at certain times of year, subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Before departure, guests are asked to clean up after themselves and place rubbish in the disposal facility in the car park. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10.00pm and 7.30am. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Any damage or maintenance issues should be reported as soon as possible so repairs can be arranged.

Children and Beds

Children of any age are welcome when accompanied by an adult. There is no additional cost if sharing the existing bedding.

* Sofa beds are available at an additional cost of $30 per night
* Cots are available at an additional cost of $10 per night. Highchairs and other baby equipment can be ordered if required. Costs to be supplied.
