For after-hours arrivals keys and maps to rooms are placed in envelopes inside the key safe, which is directly outside reception. The envelope will be marked with the guest's name and room number.
Guests who are arriving outside of hours need to contact The Reef Retreat before arrival to obtain the code to the key safe. If this is not possible or guests experience difficulties accessing the key safe they should pick up the phone next to the key safe which will connect with the onsite managers, who will assist.
